Animale For Men EDT 100ml

Although the packaging looks nice, it is totally impractical. When I first received the perfume, I had bad luck right away when opening it. The bottle fell out of the packaging and the perfume sprayer broke. However, I made an effort and applied the scent to a test strip. At first, it smelled to me like a cheap fragrance from Rossmann. Nevertheless, I ordered this perfume again. After a while, I smelled this strip labeled "Mayar," and compared to Lattafa "Haya" and Lattafa "Yara Tous," it smelled unexpectedly sweet, juicy, and "expensive." I smelled juicy raspberries and sweet lychees - it was incredibly beautiful. I have never tried "Angel Nova" by Mugler in my life, but in any case, I am fully satisfied with this perfume.

For me, this perfume smells primarily of lychee. Since lychee is my favorite fruit, this is also my favorite perfume. In the drydown, it becomes a bit sweeter due to the vanilla; at the beginning, it is rather fresh and zesty. The scent lasts long and is intense. For the price, you can order it blindly; I believe this fragrance will appeal to almost everyone. The bottle is also very high-quality and comes in a velvet packaging.

I bought this fragrance blind based on a review here on Parfumo and I was not disappointed! I read that Mayar is supposed to resemble Angel Nova quite strongly. I like Angel Nova, but I find it "too loud" over time, which makes it overwhelming. In short: Angel Nova gets on my nerves in the long run. Mayar, however, is said to smell just as good but be less overpowering. My opinion on this: Exactly right! Raspberry, litchi, pleasant rose (not too dominant and definitely not "old-fashioned") define the scent and are also persistently noticeable. It is a fruity-fresh, sweet fragrance. The sillage is top-notch, and yet it doesn't come across as loudly as Angel Nova and doesn't get on my nerves. I am really happy to have discovered Mayar here! The top note is definitely very good, but for my taste, it is still way too sweet and, in my opinion, too "powdery". As it develops, I really only smell pineapple with a lot, a lot of imagination. However, no one should buy this scent if they are hoping for a fruity summer fragrance. Regarding longevity, I can only say that it is relatively low. Up close, the scent is barely present for me after 3-4 hours, so the sillage is hardly noticeable. In terms of price-performance ratio, you can't go wrong here, as long as you are aware of the points mentioned above. A big plus is that Animale Animale surprisingly appeals very well to the female gender. I had two women from my close circle test it with their eyes closed, and they ranked it even before L'Aventure and Armani Code Profumo, which, in my opinion, smell worlds better.
