Alienware Monitor Gaming Alienware Aw3425dw 34´´ Wqhd Oled Curva 240hz

Received monitor but dead on arrival. Notified immediately but waited one week for pickup. Still waiting for a new working monitor after another three weeks. No communication Annoyed and disappointed. You have my money. Give me the goods.

Dell took our order, product "in stock" and then just delayed delivery to mid Jan with no explanation By the time they informed us it was too late to cancel and reorder for Xmas elsewhere

Paid for next day delivery for a Christmas present. Got delayed by a month. Dell customer support is almost as bad as DHL/DPD. All 3 companies don't care about their customers and have gone all in on AI for customer support. I will now actively find any alternatives for both companies even if it cost more. I want to be able to speak to a human that understand my issues and can assist

My son is really happy with this monitor, the screen colours are so clear compared to his old monitor.

I've been using the Alienware AW3425DW for a while now and I'm honestly very impressed. The picture quality is amazing — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and everything looks super sharp. Games feel incredibly smooth and immersive, especially with the ultrawide screen and high refresh rate. The curved design makes a big difference for immersion, and the build quality feels very premium. Setup was easy and it worked perfectly right out of the box. Once you try OLED on an ultrawide like this, it's really hard to go back. Overall, it's a fantastic monitor for gaming and everyday use. Definitely worth it if you want something high-end and immersive.
