We are satisfied with the fully automated brewed coffee from our machine Have had to take the machine twice for repair under warranty - because the brew group has twicelocks in place and cant be removed for cleaning

I have always been a delonghi girl but liked the look of the Phillips I absolutely love it makes a perfect coffee the milk frother is far better than some no messy tubes to clean the only thing I could say that is annoying not bad is that it doesn’t hold a lot of coffee beans but hey Im happy with the rest so I’ll wear that it’s easy to use sleek looking only wish I had got the model up now that does hot and cold

The fetures of this product is simple and prittys traight forward.

It makes pretty good coffee, but the Ergon ice of using it and cleaning it could be a lot better. Expect to be filling and emptying it a lot as the tray/tank are very small. The coffee itself is quite nice though

Once your specific choices are set, it’s very easy to use.
