Philips Máquina De Barbear S5000x

Bought for my husband to use as he is disabled.He's a little disappointed in out says it doesn't provide a smooth shave.He's not impressed

It works but no case. There is another same product as this but came with a case. The picture shown shows multiple cases, making me believe a case is included. Why Philips not including a case for all products this size? So right out of the box there is already an inconvenience. I should have bought another shaver product to minimize this inconvenience. Have to really read the box but of course this is an online purchase so can't check to see if a case is included.

Does the job but skin does not react gently. Some rash in the neck area is a norm

Great close shave. However, a few weeks in, I wasn't getting a super close shave. I took the blades out to clean them and hair was wrapped around the blade post, keeping the blades from seating close enough. After I removed the hair on all 3 blades, it works great.

The saver doesn't seem to cut as close as my older Braun did with a dry shave. It dif a little better with a gel cream. It seems like I have to go over the same areas several times.
