This printer connects great when I print to it by connecting to its wifi network, but the connection if I want to print via a direct USB connection is often too flakey to be feasible. This can be frustrating since to print over wifi you have to disconnect from your main wifi network and consequently be off the internet until you're done printing stuff. Also, when the printer tray on mine broke (my fault, not theirs) I found out there isn't any way to get a replacement tray even if I'm willing to pay for it, so now it's just a printer without a tray and I have to buy a whole new printer if I want it to have a tray again. Being able to buy replacements for broken parts seems to me like it ought to be possible for a device like this.

Initially I was quite impressed with print quality, no regrets! About a week later under not heavy use, just normal printing maybe 30 sheets of paper. Printer no longer accepted paper. No paper , no print! I have given up on the printer, its going back. I will buy a different brand and hope for the best outcome

Set up is fairly simple but when I finally hooked up this printer and it is not printing any pages?

I don't use my laser printer only to save on expensive ink. I printed about 100 pages and got an orange error light. Pantum made a few suggestions and finally said I need a new printer. I won't buy another Pantum, that's for sure.

Ordered 6 printers and returned all off them after one day. Pages curled once they were printed. The quality of the print out are also not very good. Overall, pretty crappy printers. Save yourself the headache and order a brother or HP. Your welcome
