I ordered two of these for Christmas presents and both arrived unboxed. I asked my daughter to look on the Clinique counter in St. Albans Boots and they were boxed on display! The bottles are also now plastic where they used to be glass - not very environmentally friendly. Spoke to Boots online agent and was told to hand them into local store (where they don't stock Clinique) and ask the staff to contact them to arrange a replacement - very inconvenient.
