Wella Professionals SP Luxe Oil Keratin Protect Champô 1000 ml

I used this once but my hair seemed to become one lump after it was rinsed and I therefore used my normal shampoo as I felt it wouldn’t clean my hair. Would love some guidance on when to use it

Customer service provided an excellent service when my parcel did not arrive on the day it should have. They said there was a problem with the courier and would send my item via another courier which arrived within 48 hours. The first parcel also arrived a couple of days later and Notino arranged collection. Will definitely use again.
