Sound quality is awesome. Volume doesn't go as loud as my previous Plantronics headset (I've adjusted every setting headset phone computer etc...). Over-head is thinner/flimsy compared to previous but so far seems to be holding up and headset stays on. I use it 5-6hrs daily for work. Battery needs charged about every 3 days.

Just got the 4220. Very good sound transmitting and receiving. The stated range is a joke. The headphones start dropping voice within about 15 feet. Completely looses connection walking down the stairs in my house. Even directly beneath my home office, the sound cuts out.

We resolved the issue. Ordering a bluetooth dongle and we will be able to use it on the home computer. We thought it would be provided, if needed.
